I always get excellent service when I go to the office on North Main St. By excellent I mean that the staff are friendly, knowledgable and within a few minutes have dealth with my request. Yanna Mam gives truly excellect customer service. Because insurance is basically a commodity then customer service is the differentiator that makes the difference for a customer and I am a highly satisfied customer.

I have been very pleased with the service I’ve received here over the years. I especially appreciate the attention to detail they always show. Whenever someone I know needs insurance, I send them to the Lefebvre Agency.

I’ve been a customer of this agency for 5 years now and every time I have an issue, need to make a change, or review my policy, it’s always quickly and accurately resolved. I couldn’t imagine working with a different agency for all of my insurance needs.

The Lefebvre Insurance Agency provides such great customer service. I highly recommend this agency and particularly Hannah Phou to be your Sales representative. She listened and helped me with any difficulties or questions I had. She makes the process nice and smooth.
